2009 is my sixth year as head coach of the Pekin Community High School girls soccer team in Pekin, Illinois. The recaps where noted are what appeared in our local paper, the Pekin Daily Times. Comments in red are additional thoughts I had about that day's game.
Fun game tonight at Dunlap. Mid State 6 and Mid Illini Senior All Star teams tied 2-2. Great experience for all the girls involved as they got to know some of their opponents in a more relaxed atmosphere.

I currently work in corporate television for a Fortune 100 company. I also coach high school soccer. Previously, I worked as a reporter/anchor at WMBD (96-97) and WEEK (99-01) in the Peoria/Bloomington market, as well as KSBW (97-99) in the Salinas/Monterey market and behind the scenes at WISN (93-95) in my hometown of Milwaukee. I spend most of my time with an amazing wife and three great kids. Each day I get with them is a blessing.
